When a scan is rejected, the user receives a specific reason code and corrective instruction. Vague failures are not acceptable.

The rejection behavior is not a weakness. It is a sign that the system understands its own limitations β which is a prerequisite for any measurement platform used in health contexts.
Clinicians and procurement teams respond more positively to a product that says 'conditions were not good enough β retry' than to one that shows a confident number that is actually unreliable.
